Shimla Manali Hill Station Tour

On the first day, you will arrive in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Shimla, known for its colonial charm and pleasant weather, will be your base for the first leg of the tour. After checking in to your hotel, you can take a leisurely walk on Mall Road, enjoying the scenic views of the mountains and colonial-era buildings. You can also visit The Ridge, Christ Church, and Jakhoo Temple for a taste of Shimla's culture and history.

After a hearty breakfast, you will embark on a sightseeing tour of Shimla. First, you will head to Kufri, a small hill station located just 16 km from Shimla, famous for its adventure activities, including skiing, tobogganing, and a mini-zoo. Post lunch, visit the Himalayan Nature Park and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The evening can be spent exploring the famous Mall Road for shopping and savoring local delicacies.

Today, you will check out from Shimla and proceed to Manali, which is approximately a 7-8 hour drive through the picturesque mountains. The scenic journey will offer breathtaking views of the valleys, rivers, and mountains. Upon arrival in Manali, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, you can explore the local markets and enjoy a quiet dinner.

Post breakfast, your sightseeing tour of Manali begins. First, visit the Hadimba Temple, an ancient cave temple surrounded by cedar forests. Then, head to Manu Temple and Vashisht Baths, known for their hot water springs. Afterward, you can visit the Tibetan Monastery and the Mall Road for shopping. If time permits, take a stroll along the Beas River or explore the local cafes.

On this day, you will visit the famous Solang Valley, which is known for its adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing, and skiing (depending on the season). If visiting during the winter months, you will also have the opportunity to visit Rohtang Pass (subject to road conditions), a high-altitude mountain pass that offers stunning views and snow activities.
